各類變送器的選用

傳感器和變送器在儀器、儀表和工業自動化領域中起著*的作用。與傳感器不同,變送器除了能將非電量轉換成可測量的電量外,一般還具有一定的放大作用。本文簡單地介紹了各類變送器的特點,以供使用者選用。

一、一體(ti)化溫度變(bian)送器

一(yi)體(ti)化(hua)(hua)溫度(du)變(bian)送器(qi)(qi)一(yi)般(ban)由測溫探(tan)頭(tou)(熱(re)電(dian)偶或熱(re)電(dian)阻傳感器(qi)(qi))和兩線制固體(ti)電(dian)子單(dan)元組成(cheng)。采(cai)用固體(ti)模(mo)塊(kuai)形(xing)式(shi)將測溫探(tan)頭(tou)直接(jie)(jie)安裝在接(jie)(jie)線盒內,從而形(xing)成(cheng)一(yi)體(ti)化(hua)(hua)的(de)變(bian)送器(qi)(qi)。一(yi)體(ti)化(hua)(hua)溫度(du)變(bian)送器(qi)(qi)一(yi)般(ban)分為熱(re)電(dian)阻和熱(re)電(dian)偶型兩種類型。

熱電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)溫(wen)度(du)變送器(qi)是(shi)由基準單元、R/V轉(zhuan)換單元、線(xian)性(xing)(xing)電(dian)路、反(fan)接保護、限流保護、V/I轉(zhuan)換單元等組成(cheng)(cheng)。測(ce)溫(wen)熱電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)信號轉(zhuan)換放大(da)后,再由線(xian)性(xing)(xing)電(dian)路對溫(wen)度(du)與電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)的(de)(de)非線(xian)性(xing)(xing)關系進(jin)行補償(chang),經V/I轉(zhuan)換電(dian)路后輸出一個與被測(ce)溫(wen)度(du)成(cheng)(cheng)線(xian)性(xing)(xing)關系的(de)(de)4~20mA的(de)(de)恒流信號。

熱(re)(re)電(dian)偶溫度變(bian)送器(qi)(qi)一般由(you)基準(zhun)源(yuan)、冷端補償、放(fang)大(da)單(dan)(dan)元、線性化處理、V/I轉換(huan)、斷偶處理、反接保護、限流(liu)(liu)保護等電(dian)路(lu)單(dan)(dan)元組(zu)成(cheng)。它是(shi)將熱(re)(re)電(dian)偶產(chan)生的熱(re)(re)電(dian)勢(shi)經冷端補償放(fang)大(da)后(hou),再帽由(you)線性電(dian)路(lu)消除熱(re)(re)電(dian)勢(shi)與溫度的非線性誤差,zui后(hou)放(fang)大(da)轉換(huan)為(wei)4~20mA電(dian)流(liu)(liu)輸出信(xin)號。為(wei)防止熱(re)(re)電(dian)偶測(ce)量(liang)中由(you)于電(dian)偶斷絲而使(shi)控溫失(shi)效(xiao)造成(cheng)事故,變(bian)送器(qi)(qi)中還設有(you)斷電(dian)保護電(dian)路(lu)。當熱(re)(re)電(dian)偶斷絲或接解(jie)不(bu)良時(shi),變(bian)送器(qi)(qi)會輸出zui大(da)值(zhi)(28mA)以使(shi)儀表切斷電(dian)源(yuan)。

一體化溫度變送器具有結構簡單、節省(sheng)引線、輸出信號大(da)、抗干(gan)擾能力強、線性(xing)好、顯示(shi)儀表簡單、固體模塊抗震防潮、有反接(jie)保護(hu)和限流保護(hu)、工作可靠等(deng)優(you)點(dian)。

一體化溫度變(bian)送器的輸出為(wei)統一的4~20mA信號;可與微機系統或其它常規儀表(biao)匹配使用。也可用戶要求做成防爆型或防火型測(ce)量儀表(biao)。

二、壓力變送器

壓力(li)變(bian)送(song)器(qi)也(ye)稱差變(bian)送(song)器(qi),主要由(you)測壓元件傳感(gan)器(qi)、模塊電(dian)路、顯示(shi)表(biao)頭、表(biao)殼(ke)和(he)過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)連接件等組成。它能將接收的氣體、液體等壓力(li)信號轉變(bian)成標準的電(dian)流電(dian)壓信號,以供(gong)給指(zhi)示(shi)報(bao)警儀(yi)、記錄儀(yi)、調節(jie)器(qi)等二次(ci)儀(yi)表(biao)進行(xing)測量、指(zhi)示(shi)和(he)過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)調節(jie)。

壓(ya)力變送(song)器(qi)根據測壓(ya)范圍可(ke)分(fen)成一般壓(ya)力變送(song)器(qi)(0.001MPa~20MP3)和微差壓(ya)變送(song)器(qi)(0~30kPa)兩種(zhong)。

三、液位變送器

1、浮(fu)球(qiu)式液位(wei)變送器

浮球(qiu)式液(ye)位變送器由磁性浮球(qiu)、測量(liang)導管(guan)、信號單元、電子單元、接線盒(he)及安(an)裝件組成。

一般磁性浮球的(de)比重小于0.5,可(ke)漂于液面之上并沿測(ce)量導管(guan)上下(xia)移動。導管(guan)內裝有(you)測(ce)量元(yuan)件,它(ta)可(ke)以在(zai)外磁作用下(xia)將(jiang)被(bei)測(ce)液位(wei)信號(hao)轉(zhuan)換成(cheng)正比于液位(wei)變化(hua)的(de)電(dian)(dian)阻信號(hao),并將(jiang)電(dian)(dian)子單元(yuan)轉(zhuan)換成(cheng)4~20mA或其它(ta)標準信號(hao)輸出。該變送(song)器為模塊電(dian)(dian)路,具有(you)耐酸、防潮(chao)、防震、防腐(fu)蝕等優點,電(dian)(dian)路內部含有(you)恒流反饋電(dian)(dian)路和內保護(hu)電(dian)(dian)路,可(ke)使輸出zui大電(dian)(dian)流不(bu)超過28mA,因而能夠(gou)可(ke)靠地保護(hu)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)并使二(er)次儀表不(bu)被(bei)損壞。

2、浮簡式液位變(bian)送器

浮(fu)(fu)(fu)筒式(shi)液位變(bian)(bian)送器(qi)是將磁性浮(fu)(fu)(fu)球改為浮(fu)(fu)(fu)筒,它是根據阿基米德(de)浮(fu)(fu)(fu)力原(yuan)理設計的(de)。浮(fu)(fu)(fu)筒式(shi)液位變(bian)(bian)送器(qi)是利用微(wei)小的(de)金屬膜應變(bian)(bian)傳感技術來測量液體的(de)液位、界位或密度的(de)。它在工作(zuo)時可以通過(guo)現場按(an)鍵來進行常規的(de)設定操(cao)作(zuo)。

3、靜壓或液位變送器

該變送器(qi)利(li)用液體靜壓(ya)(ya)力的(de)測量原理工作。它一(yi)般選用硅壓(ya)(ya)力測壓(ya)(ya)傳感器(qi)將測量到的(de)壓(ya)(ya)力轉換成電(dian)信號,再經放(fang)大電(dian)路(lu)放(fang)大和補償電(dian)路(lu)補償,zui后以(yi)4~20mA或0~10mA電(dian)流方式輸出。

四、電容式物位變送器(qi)

電容式(shi)物位變送器適用于工業企業在生(sheng)(sheng)產過程中進行測量(liang)和控(kong)制生(sheng)(sheng)產過程,主要用作類導電與非(fei)導電介質的液體液位或(huo)粉粒狀固體料位的遠距離連續測量(liang)和指(zhi)示。

五、超聲波變送器

超聲波(bo)變(bian)送(song)器分為(wei)一般(ban)超聲波(bo)變(bian)送(song)器(無(wu)表(biao)頭)和一體化(hua)超聲波(bo)變(bian)送(song)器兩(liang)類,一體化(hua)超聲波(bo)變(bian)送(song)器較為(wei)常用。

一(yi)體(ti)化超聲波(bo)變(bian)更新器(qi)由表頭(tou)(如LCD顯示器(qi))和(he)探頭(tou)兩部分組(zu)成,這種直接輸出4~20mA信號的(de)變(bian)送(song)器(qi)是將小型化的(de)敏(min)感元件(jian)(探頭(tou))和(he)電子電路組(zu)裝在一(yi)起,從而使(shi)體(ti)積(ji)更小、重量(liang)(liang)更輕、價格更便(bian)宜。超聲波(bo)變(bian)送(song)器(qi)可(ke)用于液(ye)位。物位的(de)測(ce)量(liang)(liang)和(he)開渠、明(ming)渠等流量(liang)(liang)測(ce)量(liang)(liang),并可(ke)用于測(ce)量(liang)(liang)距離。

六(liu)、銻電極酸(suan)度變送器

銻電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極酸度變送器中的固體模(mo)塊電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)由(you)兩大(da)部分組成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)。為(wei)了現場作(zuo)用的安全(quan)起見(jian),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源部分采用交(jiao)流(liu)24V為(wei)二(er)次儀(yi)表(biao)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。這一電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源除為(wei)清(qing)洗電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機提供(gong)驅動電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源外,還應通過電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)轉換單元(yuan)轉換成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)相應的直流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,以(yi)(yi)供(gong)變送電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)使(shi)用。第二(er)部分是測量(liang)變送器電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu),它把來自傳感(gan)器的基準信號和PH酸度信號經放大(da)后(hou)送給(gei)斜率調(diao)整(zheng)和定位調(diao)整(zheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu),以(yi)(yi)使(shi)信號內阻降(jiang)低并可調(diao)節。將(jiang)放大(da)后(hou)的PH信號與(yu)溫度被償 信號進行(xing)迭(die)加后(hou)再差進轉換電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu),zui后(hou)輸(shu)出與(yu)PH值相對應的4~20mA恒流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)信號給(gei)二(er)次儀(yi)表(biao)以(yi)(yi)完成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)顯(xian)示并控制(zhi)PH值。

七、酸、堿、鹽濃度(du)變送器

酸、堿、鹽(yan)(yan)濃(nong)(nong)度變(bian)送(song)器(qi)通(tong)過測(ce)量溶(rong)液(ye)電導值(zhi)來確定濃(nong)(nong)度。它可以(yi)在線連續檢測(ce)工業(ye)過程中酸、堿、鹽(yan)(yan)在水溶(rong)液(ye)中的(de)濃(nong)(nong)度含(han)量。這種變(bian)送(song)器(qi)主要應用(yong)于鍋爐給水處理、化工溶(rong)液(ye)的(de)配制以(yi)及(ji)環(huan)保等工業(ye)生(sheng)產過程。

酸、堿(jian)、鹽濃(nong)度變送器(qi)(qi)主要由電(dian)(dian)導(dao)池、電(dian)(dian)子模塊、顯示表頭(tou)和(he)殼體組(zu)成。電(dian)(dian)子模塊電(dian)(dian)路則(ze)由激勵電(dian)(dian)源、電(dian)(dian)導(dao)池、電(dian)(dian)導(dao)放(fang)大器(qi)(qi)、相敏整流器(qi)(qi)、解調(diao)器(qi)(qi)、溫(wen)度補償、過載(zai)保護和(he)電(dian)(dian)流轉換等單元組(zu)成。

八、電導變送器

它是通(tong)過測(ce)量溶液的(de)電導值來間接測(ce)量離子濃度的(de)流程儀表(一體化變送(song)器),可在線(xian)連續檢測(ce)工業過程中水溶液的(de)電導率(lv)。

由于電(dian)解質溶(rong)(rong)液(ye)(ye)與(yu)金(jin)屬(shu)導(dao)(dao)體(ti)一樣的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)良導(dao)(dao)體(ti),因此電(dian)流(liu)(liu)流(liu)(liu)過(guo)電(dian)解質溶(rong)(rong)液(ye)(ye)時(shi)必有電(dian)阻(zu)作用(yong)(yong),且符合歐姆定(ding)律。但液(ye)(ye)體(ti)的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)阻(zu)溫度特(te)性與(yu)金(jin)屬(shu)導(dao)(dao)體(ti)相反,具有負向溫度特(te)性。為區別于金(jin)屬(shu)導(dao)(dao)體(ti),電(dian)解質溶(rong)(rong)液(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)(de)(de)導(dao)(dao)電(dian)能(neng)力(li)用(yong)(yong)電(dian)導(dao)(dao)(電(dian)阻(zu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)倒(dao)數)或電(dian)導(dao)(dao)率(電(dian)阻(zu)率的(de)(de)(de)(de)倒(dao)數)來表(biao)示。當兩個互(hu)相絕(jue)緣的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)極組成(cheng)電(dian)導(dao)(dao)池時(shi),若在其(qi)中間放置(zhi)待(dai)測(ce)(ce)(ce)溶(rong)(rong)液(ye)(ye),并通以(yi)恒壓交(jiao)變電(dian)流(liu)(liu),就(jiu)形(xing)成(cheng)了電(dian)流(liu)(liu)回(hui)路。如果(guo)將電(dian)壓大小和電(dian)極尺寸固(gu)定(ding),則回(hui)路電(dian)流(liu)(liu)與(yu)電(dian)導(dao)(dao)率就(jiu)存在一定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)(de)函數關系。這樣,測(ce)(ce)(ce)了待(dai)測(ce)(ce)(ce)溶(rong)(rong)液(ye)(ye)中流(liu)(liu)過(guo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)流(liu)(liu),就(jiu)能(neng)測(ce)(ce)(ce)出待(dai)測(ce)(ce)(ce)溶(rong)(rong)液(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)導(dao)(dao)率。

九、智能變送器

智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)式變送器是由傳感器和微處理(li)器(微機)相結構而(er)成的(de)。它充分利(li)用了微處理(li)器的(de)運算和存(cun)儲能(neng)(neng)力,可對傳感器的(de)數(shu)據進行處理(li),包(bao)括對測(ce)量信號的(de)調理(li)(如濾波、放(fang)大、A/D轉換等)、數(shu)據顯(xian)示、自(zi)(zi)動(dong)校正和自(zi)(zi)動(dong)補償等。

微處(chu)理(li)器(qi)(qi)是(shi)智(zhi)能式變送(song)器(qi)(qi)的(de)核心。它(ta)不(bu)但可(ke)以對(dui)測量數據(ju)進(jin)行(xing)計算、存儲(chu)和(he)數據(ju)處(chu)理(li),還可(ke)以通(tong)過(guo)反饋(kui)回路對(dui)傳感(gan)器(qi)(qi)進(jin)行(xing)調節,以使采集數據(ju)達到*。由于微處(chu)理(li)器(qi)(qi)具有(you)各種軟件和(he)硬件功(gong)能,因而它(ta)可(ke)以完成傳統變送(song)器(qi)(qi)難以完成的(de)任務。所以智(zhi)能式變送(song)器(qi)(qi)降低(di)了(le)傳感(gan)器(qi)(qi)的(de)制造難度(du),并在很大程主上(shang)提(ti)高了(le)傳感(gan)器(qi)(qi)的(de)性能。另外,智(zhi)能式變送(song)器(qi)(qi)還具有(you)以下特點:

具有(you)自動補償(chang)(chang)能力(li),可通(tong)過軟件對傳感器的非線性、溫漂、時漂等進行(xing)自動補償(chang)(chang)。

可(ke)自診斷(duan)(duan),通電后可(ke)對(dui)傳(chuan)感器(qi)(qi)進(jin)行(xing)自檢(jian),以檢(jian)查傳(chuan)感器(qi)(qi)各部分(fen)是否正常,并作出判斷(duan)(duan)。

數據處(chu)(chu)(chu)理方便準(zhun)確,可(ke)根(gen)據內部程序自動處(chu)(chu)(chu)理數據,如進行統(tong)計處(chu)(chu)(chu)理、去(qu)除異常數值等。

具有雙向通信(xin)功能。微處(chu)理器不但可以接收和處(chu)理傳感(gan)器數(shu)據,還可將信(xin)息反饋(kui)至(zhi)傳感(gan)器,從而(er)對測量(liang)過程進(jin)行調節和控制。

可進行信息存(cun)儲和記憶(yi),能存(cun)儲傳感(gan)器的特征(zheng)數據、組態信息和補償特性等。

具有數字(zi)量接(jie)口輸出(chu)功能,可(ke)將(jiang)輸出(chu)的數字(zi)信號(hao)方(fang)便地和計算機(ji)或現場總線等連接(jie)。
