SBWR/Z天康(kang)熱電(dian)偶(熱電(dian)阻)一體化溫度(du)變送器是DDZ系列儀表中的現場安裝式溫度變送器單元,與工業熱電偶、熱電阻配套使用,它采用二線制傳輸方式(兩根導線作為電源輸入和信號輸出的公用傳輸線)。將工業熱電偶、熱電阻信號轉換成與輸入信號或與溫度信號成線性的4-20mA、0-10mA的輸出信號。
1、概(gai)述:
SBWR、SBWZ系(xi)列熱(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)偶(ou)(ou)、熱(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻溫(wen)度(du)變送器是(shi)DDZ系(xi)列儀表中的(de)現場安(an)裝式溫(wen)度(du)變送器單元,與(yu)工(gong)業(ye)熱(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)偶(ou)(ou)、熱(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻配(pei)套使用,它(ta)采用二線(xian)(xian)制傳輸方式(兩根導線(xian)(xian)作(zuo)為電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)輸入(ru)和信(xin)號(hao)輸出的(de)公用傳輸線(xian)(xian))。將(jiang)工(gong)業(ye)熱(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)偶(ou)(ou)、熱(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻信(xin)號(hao)轉換成(cheng)與(yu)輸入(ru)信(xin)號(hao)或與(yu)溫(wen)度(du)信(xin)號(hao)成(cheng)線(xian)(xian)性的(de)4-20mA、0-10mA的(de)輸出信(xin)號(hao)。該(gai)溫(wen)度(du)變送器可直接安(an)裝在熱(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)偶(ou)(ou)、熱(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻的(de)接線(xian)(xian)盒內與(yu)之(zhi)形成(cheng)一(yi)體化結構。它(ta)作(zuo)為新(xin)一(yi)代測溫(wen)儀表可廣泛(fan)應(ying)用與(yu)冶(ye)金、石(shi)油、化工(gong)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)力、輕(qing)工(gong)、紡織、食品、國(guo)防以及科研等工(gong)業(ye)部門(men)。
2、主要特點:
(1)天康熱電偶(熱電阻)一體化溫度變送器采用硅橡膠或環氧樹脂密封結構,因此耐震、耐濕、適合在惡劣的現場環境安裝使用;
(2)現場安裝在熱電偶、熱電阻的接線盒內(nei)使用,直接輸(shu)出(chu)4-20mA、0-10mA的輸(shu)出(chu)信號。這(zhe)樣(yang)既節約了昂貴的補償導(dao)線費用,又提高了信號遠(yuan)距離傳輸(shu)過程(cheng)中的抗干擾的能力;
(3)熱電偶變送器具有冷端溫度自動補(bu)償(chang)功能;
(4)精度(du)高、功耗低,使用環境溫度(du)范圍寬,工作穩定可靠;
(5)適用范圍廣、既可以(yi)與熱(re)電偶、熱(re)電阻形成一(yi)體化現場安裝(zhuang)結構,也可以(yi)作為功能模(mo)塊安裝(zhuang)在檢測設備中(zhong)和儀表盤上(shang)使(shi)用;
(6)智能型溫(wen)度(du)變(bian)送器(qi)可通(tong)過HART調制解調器(qi)與上位(wei)機(ji)通(tong)訊(xun)或與手(shou)持器(qi)和(he)PC機(ji)對變(bian)送器(qi)的型號、分度(du)號、量程(cheng)進行(xing)遠(yuan)程(cheng)信息管理、組態(tai)、變(bian)量監測、校準和(he)維護功能;
(7)智能型溫度變(bian)送器可按用(yong)戶(hu)實際需要調整變(bian)送器的(de)顯(xian)示(shi)(shi)方(fang)向,并顯(xian)示(shi)(shi)變(bian)送器所測的(de)介質溫度、傳感器值的(de)變(bian)化、輸出電流和百分(fen)比例。
3、工作原理:
熱電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)偶或熱電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)傳感(gan)(gan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)將(jiang)被測溫(wen)度轉換(huan)成電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)信(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao),再將(jiang)該信(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)送(song)入(ru)(ru)變(bian)(bian)送(song)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的輸(shu)(shu)入(ru)(ru)網(wang)絡,該網(wang)絡包含調零和熱電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)偶補償等相關電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路。經(jing)調零后(hou)的信(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)輸(shu)(shu)入(ru)(ru) 到運(yun)算(suan)放(fang)大(da)器(qi)(qi)(qi)進(jin)行信(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)放(fang)大(da),放(fang)大(da)的信(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)一(yi)路經(jing)V/I轉換(huan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)計算(suan)處(chu)理后(hou)以4-20mA直流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流輸(shu)(shu)出(chu);另一(yi)路經(jing)A/D轉換(huan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)處(chu)理后(hou)到表頭顯示。變(bian)(bian)送(song)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的線性化電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路有(you)兩(liang)種(zhong),均采用(yong)反饋(kui)方式(shi)(shi)。對熱電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)傳感(gan)(gan)器(qi)(qi)(qi),用(yong)正反饋(kui)方式(shi)(shi)校(xiao)(xiao)正,對熱電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)偶傳感(gan)(gan)器(qi)(qi)(qi),用(yong)多段折線逼近法進(jin)行校(xiao)(xiao)正。一(yi)體化數(shu)字顯示溫(wen)度變(bian)(bian)送(song)器(qi)(qi)(qi)有(you)兩(liang)種(zhong)顯示方式(shi)(shi)。LCD顯示的溫(wen)度變(bian)(bian)送(song)器(qi)(qi)(qi)用(yong)兩(liang)線制方式(shi)(shi)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu),LED顯示的溫(wen)度變(bian)(bian)送(song)器(qi)(qi)(qi)三(san)線制方式(shi)(shi)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)。
4、技術參(can)數(shu):
(1)輸入信號(hao):熱電偶:K、E、J、B、S、T、N。熱電阻:Pt100、Cu50、Cu100(三(san)線(xian)制(zhi)、四線(xian)制(zhi))。智能型溫度變(bian)送器的輸入信號(hao)可(ke)通過手持器和(he)PC機任(ren)意設置;
(2)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)出信(xin)號(hao):在量程范圍內(nei)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)出4-20mA直(zhi)(zhi)流信(xin)號(hao),與熱電偶或熱電阻的輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)入信(xin)號(hao)成(cheng)線性或與溫度(du)成(cheng)線性。智能(neng)型溫度(du)變送器輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)出4-20mA直(zhi)(zhi)流信(xin)號(hao)同時疊加(jia)符合(he)HART標準協議通信(xin);隔(ge)(ge)離(li)式溫度(du)變送器:輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)入與輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)出相(xiang)隔(ge)(ge)離(li),隔(ge)(ge)離(li)電壓500V,增加(jia)了(le)抗(kang)共模干擾能(neng)力,更適(shi)合(he)與計算機連網使(shi)用;
(3)基本(ben)誤差:0.5%FS、0.2%FS、智能型0.2%FS;
(4)接線(xian)(xian)方式:二線(xian)(xian)制、三線(xian)(xian)制、四線(xian)(xian)制;
(5)顯示方式:四位LCD顯示現(xian)場溫度,智能(neng)型四位LCD可通過(guo)PC機(ji)或手持器設定使之(zhi)顯示現(xian)場溫度、傳感器值、輸出電流和百分比(bi)例中的任(ren)一種參數;
(6)工(gong)作電壓:普通型號(hao)12V-35V,智能型12V-45V,額定(ding)工(gong)作電壓為(wei)24V;
(7)允許負載(zai)(zai)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu):500Ω(24VDC供電(dian)(dian));極限負載(zai)(zai)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)R(max)=50(Vmin-12),例如(ru)在額(e)定工(gong)作電(dian)(dian)壓24V時,負載(zai)(zai)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)可(ke)在0-600Ω范圍內選擇使用;

(2)機(ji)電一體化溫度(du)(du)變送器(qi)安裝(zhuang)的(de)環境(jing)必須是在-20-+70℃內,當(dang)周圍環境(jing)溫度(du)(du)太高時,SBWZ/R信號轉換器(qi)和顯示模塊可以與熱電阻或熱電偶分(fen)離安裝(zhuang)。我廠(chang)配有分(fen)離安裝(zhuang)變送器(qi)的(de)防爆(bao)盒。
(3)加電前,請仔細檢查電源(yuan)的正負極(ji)性(xing),不能(neng)接(jie)錯,否則可能(neng)造成不可知的后(hou)果(guo)。 (4)SBW信號(hao)轉換器(qi)模塊用環氧樹脂灌封固(gu)化,以(yi)加強(qiang)其防震(zhen)性能,并防濕、防腐(fu)、防潮。 (5)溫(wen)度變送器使用六個月(yue)后需進行校驗。
