壓力變送(song)器是由(you)測量膜片(pian)與兩側(ce)(ce)絕緣(yuan)片(pian)上(shang)的電極各組成一個電容器。當(dang)兩側(ce)(ce)壓力不一致時,致使測量膜片(pian)產(chan)生位移(yi),其位移(yi)量和壓力差(cha)成正比,故兩側(ce)(ce)電容量就不等,通過振(zhen)蕩和解調環節。
壓力變送器的發(fa)展大體經歷了(le)四個階段(duan):
1、早期壓力變送器(qi)采用大位(wei)移(yi)式工作原(yuan)理,如水銀浮子式差壓計及膜盒式差壓變送器(qi),這些變送器(qi)精度低且笨重。
2、20世紀(ji)50年代(dai)有了精(jing)度稍高的力平衡(heng)式差(cha)壓變送器,但(dan)反饋力小(xiao),結構復雜,可靠性(xing)(xing)、穩(wen)定性(xing)(xing)和抗振性(xing)(xing)均較(jiao)差(cha)。
3、20世紀70年代(dai)中期,隨(sui)著新工(gong)藝、新材料、新技術的出現,尤其是電子技術的迅猛發(fa)展(zhan),出現體積小巧,結構(gou)簡(jian)單的位移式變送(song)器。
4、20世紀90年代科學技(ji)術(shu)迅猛發展,變送(song)器(qi)測量精度提高而且逐漸向智能化發展,數字信號(hao)傳輸更(geng)有(you)利于(yu)數據采(cai)集,出現了擴(kuo)散硅壓阻式變送(song)器(qi)、電容式變送(song)器(qi)、差動電感式變送(song)器(qi)和陶瓷電容式變送(song)器(qi)等不同類(lei)型。
工作原理:

選型規則:
1、根據要(yao)測量壓力的(de)類型
壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力類(lei)型主要有表壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)、絕(jue)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)、差壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)等。表壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)是(shi)指以大(da)氣為基準(zhun),小于(yu)或大(da)于(yu)大(da)氣壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力;絕(jue)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)是(shi)指以絕(jue)對壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力零(ling)位為基準(zhun),高于(yu)絕(jue)對壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力;差壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)是(shi)指兩個壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力之間(jian)的差值。
2、根據被測壓力量程
一般(ban)情(qing)況下,按實際測量壓力為(wei)測量范圍(wei)的80%選(xuan)取。
要考慮系(xi)統的最(zui)大壓力(li)(li)。一般(ban)來說(shuo),壓力(li)(li)變(bian)送(song)器(qi)器(qi)壓力(li)(li)范(fan)圍最(zui)大值(zhi)應(ying)該達到系(xi)統最(zui)大壓力(li)(li)值(zhi)的1.5倍(bei)(bei)。一些水壓和過(guo)(guo)程控(kong)制,有壓力(li)(li)尖峰(feng)(feng)或者(zhe)連(lian)續的脈沖。這些尖峰(feng)(feng)可(ke)能會(hui)(hui)達到“最(zui)大"壓力(li)(li)的5倍(bei)(bei)甚(shen)至10倍(bei)(bei),可(ke)能造成變(bian)送(song)器(qi)的損壞(huai)。連(lian)續的高壓脈沖,接近或者(zhe)超過(guo)(guo)變(bian)送(song)器(qi)的最(zui)大額(e)定(ding)壓力(li)(li),會(hui)(hui)縮(suo)短(duan)變(bian)送(song)器(qi)的實用壽命。但提高變(bian)送(song)器(qi)額(e)定(ding)壓力(li)(li)會(hui)(hui)犧牲變(bian)送(song)器(qi)的分辨率。可(ke)以在系(xi)統中使用緩沖器(qi)來減弱尖峰(feng)(feng),這會(hui)(hui)降低傳感器(qi)的響應(ying)速度(du)。
壓力(li)(li)變送器(qi)一(yi)般設計成能在(zai)(zai)2億個周期中承受最大(da)壓力(li)(li)而不會降低性能。在(zai)(zai)選擇變送器(qi)時可在(zai)(zai)系(xi)統(tong)性能與變送器(qi)壽命之間找到一(yi)個折中的(de)解(jie)決(jue)方案(an)。
3、根據被測介質(zhi)
按測量介質的不(bu)同(tong),可(ke)分為干燥氣體(ti)、氣體(ti)液(ye)體(ti)、強腐蝕性液(ye)體(ti)、黏稠液(ye)體(ti)、高溫氣體(ti)液(ye)體(ti)等(deng),根據不(bu)同(tong)的介質正確(que)選型,有利于延長變送器的使(shi)用壽命。
4、根(gen)據(ju)系統的最大過載
系統的(de)最大過(guo)載(zai)應(ying)小(xiao)于變送(song)(song)器的(de)過(guo)載(zai)保護極限(xian),否則(ze)會影響變送(song)(song)器的(de)使用壽(shou)命甚(shen)至損壞變送(song)(song)器。通(tong)常(chang)壓(ya)力變送(song)(song)器的(de)安全過(guo)載(zai)壓(ya)力為(wei)滿量(liang)程的(de)2倍。
5、根據需要的準確(que)度等級
變送器的(de)測量(liang)誤差(cha)按準確度(du)等級進(jin)行劃分,不(bu)同(tong)的(de)準確度(du)對應不(bu)同(tong)的(de)基本(ben)誤差(cha)限(以滿量(liang)程輸出的(de)百分數表(biao)示)。實際應用(yong)中,根(gen)據測量(liang)誤差(cha)的(de)控制要求并本(ben)著使用(yong)經濟的(de)原則進(jin)行選擇。
6、根據系統工作溫度范圍
測(ce)量介質溫(wen)度(du)應處于變(bian)(bian)送器(qi)(qi)工作溫(wen)度(du)范(fan)圍內(nei),如超溫(wen)使用,將會(hui)產(chan)(chan)(chan)生較(jiao)大(da)的測(ce)量誤(wu)差并影(ying)響(xiang)(xiang)變(bian)(bian)送器(qi)(qi)的使用壽(shou)命;在壓力(li)變(bian)(bian)送器(qi)(qi)的生產(chan)(chan)(chan)過程中,會(hui)對溫(wen)度(du)影(ying)響(xiang)(xiang)進行測(ce)量和補償,以確(que)(que)保其受溫(wen)度(du)影(ying)響(xiang)(xiang)產(chan)(chan)(chan)生的測(ce)量誤(wu)差處于準確(que)(que)度(du)等(deng)級要求的范(fan)圍內(nei)。在溫(wen)度(du)較(jiao)高(gao)的場(chang)合,可(ke)以考慮(lv)選擇高(gao)溫(wen)型壓力(li)變(bian)(bian)送器(qi)(qi)或采取安裝冷(leng)凝管、散(san)熱器(qi)(qi)等(deng)輔助(zhu)降(jiang)溫(wen)措(cuo)施(shi)。
7、根據(ju)測量介質(zhi)與接觸材(cai)質(zhi)的兼容(rong)性
在某些測量場合,測量介(jie)質(zhi)具有腐蝕性(xing),此時需(xu)選用與(yu)測量介(jie)質(zhi)兼容的材料或進行特(te)殊(shu)的工藝處理(li),確保變送器不被損壞(huai)。
8、根據壓力接口形式:通常(chang)以(yi)螺紋(wen)連接(M20×1.5)為(wei)標準接口形式。
9、根據供(gong)電電源和輸出信號
通常壓力變送器采用直流電源(yuan)供(gong)電,提供(gong)多種輸出(chu)信號(hao)選擇,包(bao)括4~20mA.DC;、0~5V.DC、1~5V.DC、0~10mA.DC等,可以(yi)有232或485數字輸出(chu)。
10、根據(ju)現場工(gong)作環境(jing)情況及其(qi)他

安裝說明:
在安裝使用壓(ya)力變送(song)(song)器前應詳細閱讀產品樣本及使用說明書,安裝時壓(ya)力接(jie)口(kou)不能泄露,確保(bao)量程及接(jie)線正確。壓(ya)力傳感(gan)器及變送(song)(song)器的外(wai)殼一般需(xu)接(jie)地,信號電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)線不得與動力電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)混合(he)鋪設(she),傳感(gan)器及變送(song)(song)器周圍應避免有強(qiang)電(dian)(dian)磁干擾。
使(shi)用說明及日常(chang)維(wei)護:
1、檢查(cha)安(an)(an)裝孔(kong)(kong)的(de)(de)尺寸:如(ru)果安(an)(an)裝孔(kong)(kong)的(de)(de)尺寸不合適,傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)在安(an)(an)裝過(guo)程中,其螺紋部分(fen)就很(hen)容易受到磨損(sun)。這不僅會影響設備的(de)(de)密封性能,而且(qie)使(shi)壓力傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)不能充分(fen)發揮作用,甚至(zhi)還可能產(chan)生(sheng)安(an)(an)全隱(yin)患。只(zhi)有合適的(de)(de)安(an)(an)裝孔(kong)(kong)才能夠避免(mian)螺紋的(de)(de)磨損(sun)(螺紋工業標準1/2-20 UNF 2B),通常可以采(cai)用安(an)(an)裝孔(kong)(kong)測量儀對安(an)(an)裝孔(kong)(kong)進行檢測,以做出適當的(de)(de)調整。

3、選擇(ze)恰當的位置:當壓力傳(chuan)感(gan)(gan)器(qi)(qi)的安裝位置太靠近生(sheng)(sheng)產線的上游時,未熔融(rong)的物料(liao)可(ke)能(neng)(neng)會磨損傳(chuan)感(gan)(gan)器(qi)(qi)的頂(ding)部;如(ru)果傳(chuan)感(gan)(gan)器(qi)(qi)被安裝在(zai)太靠后的位置,在(zai)傳(chuan)感(gan)(gan)器(qi)(qi)和螺(luo)桿行程之間可(ke)能(neng)(neng)會產生(sheng)(sheng)熔融(rong)物料(liao)的停滯區,熔料(liao)在(zai)那里有可(ke)能(neng)(neng)產生(sheng)(sheng)降解,壓力信號(hao)也可(ke)能(neng)(neng)傳(chuan)遞失真;如(ru)果傳(chuan)感(gan)(gan)器(qi)(qi)過于(yu)深入機筒(tong),螺(luo)桿有可(ke)能(neng)(neng)在(zai)旋(xuan)轉過程中觸(chu)碰到傳(chuan)感(gan)(gan)器(qi)(qi)的頂(ding)部而造成(cheng)其損壞(huai)。一般來說(shuo),傳(chuan)感(gan)(gan)器(qi)(qi)可(ke)以位于(yu)濾網(wang)前面(mian)的機筒(tong)上、熔體(ti)泵的前后或者模(mo)具中。
4、仔細(xi)清(qing)潔;在使用(yong)鋼(gang)絲刷或者特殊化合物對擠出機(ji)機(ji)筒進行(xing)清(qing)潔前,應該將所(suo)有的(de)傳(chuan)(chuan)感器都(dou)拆(chai)卸(xie)下來。因為這兩種清(qing)潔方式(shi)都(dou)可能(neng)會造成傳(chuan)(chuan)感器的(de)震動膜受(shou)損。當(dang)機(ji)筒被加熱時,也應該將傳(chuan)(chuan)感器拆(chai)卸(xie)下來并使用(yong)不會產生磨損的(de)軟布來擦(ca)拭其頂部,同時傳(chuan)(chuan)感器的(de)孔洞也需要用(yong)清(qing)潔的(de)鉆孔機(ji)和(he)導套清(qing)理干(gan)凈(jing)。
正確使用:
壓力傳(chuan)感(gan)器使用過程應注(zhu)意(yi)考慮(lv)下(xia)列(lie)情況:
1、防止(zhi)變送器與腐(fu)蝕性或過(guo)熱(re)的介質接觸;
2、防止渣滓在導管內沉積;
3、測量液體壓(ya)(ya)力時,取壓(ya)(ya)口應開在流程管道(dao)側面,以避免沉淀積渣(zha);
4、測量(liang)氣體(ti)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)時,取壓(ya)(ya)口應開(kai)在流(liu)程(cheng)管道(dao)頂端,并且變送器也(ye)應安裝在流(liu)程(cheng)管道(dao)上(shang)部,以(yi)便(bian)積累的液體(ti)容易(yi)注入(ru)流(liu)程(cheng)管道(dao)中;
5、導壓管(guan)應(ying)安裝在(zai)溫度(du)波動小的地方;
6、測量(liang)蒸汽或其它高溫介質時,需接加緩沖管(盤管)等冷凝器,不應使變(bian)送器的工作溫度(du)超過極限(xian);
7、冬季發生冰凍時,安裝在室外的(de)變送器必需采取(qu)防凍措施(shi),避(bi)免(mian)引壓(ya)口內的(de)液體(ti)(ti)因結(jie)冰體(ti)(ti)積膨脹,導至傳感器損壞;
8、測量(liang)液體(ti)壓(ya)力時,變(bian)送(song)器(qi)的(de)安裝位(wei)置應(ying)避免(mian)液體(ti)的(de)沖(chong)擊(水錘(chui)現象),以免(mian)傳感器(qi)過壓(ya)損壞;
9、接線時,將電纜穿過防水接頭(附件)或繞性管并擰緊密封螺帽,以防雨水等通過電纜滲漏進變(bian)送器殼體內。
當今世(shi)界各(ge)國壓力變(bian)送器的(de)研究領域十分廣泛,幾乎滲透到了(le)各(ge)個(ge)行業,但歸納起來(lai)主要(yao)有(you)以下幾個(ge)趨勢:
